If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify BackWoods either by telephone or email within 10 days of receiving the goods. If you return an item that you find unsatisfactory for any reason or which is defective or has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition. We will also cover the return shipping costs if you tell us why the products were not satisfactory. We want our customers to be happy with anything they buy from us so we try to deal with any product quality or service issues promptly. So please do contact us immediately if there is any defect or other issue that we may be able to rectify. Faulty components will be replaced or credited in full including return shipping charges.
