Shipping & Returns BackWoods aims to ship goods quickly and efficiently via courier or personal delivery of your order, typically within 2 business days from receipt of payment. Shipment will be charged at the rate shown at the checkout. We ship products fully assembled where size limitations allow but most tems, such as chairs and benches, will require some assembly by you. This requires only a few fasteners which we include along with straightforward instructions, and we can supply guidance by phone if you are stuck. Whenever possible we will deliver our furniture ourselves, time and distance being the main criteria. In these cases can bring everything ready constructed or will put it together for you on site for a small cadditional charge. Otherwise our products ship via courier in unassembled format (flat-packs).
